Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our Policy

At O.N.W. we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return items within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. Please note that the cost of shipping returned items back to O.N.W. is the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. However, if an exchange is made, O.N.W. will cover the shipping cost for the new item (U.S. orders only).

Conditions

• Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, free from stains, rips, and with all original tags attached.
• If the returned product meets our conditions for acceptance, store credit or an exchange will be processed within 3 business days.
