APTTP Project.LLC The Company is based in Oakland, CA, which is the birthplace of the Black Panther Party. The Company is co-owned by two Black women, Fredrika Newton and Rachel Konte.

The Company produces its own products as well as licenses trademarked designs to mission-aligned commercial outlets. 

2.5% of the profits from the business go to fund the programs of The Huey P. Newton Foundation, which preserves and promotes Dr. Newton’s legacy and vision for the Black Panther Party through development and distribution of educational materials, establishment of educational conferences and forums, and preservation and exhibition of historical archives.
